These ads plastered all over the Internet. I have personally seen these ads on eBay, TV, forums, search engines, and website banner's. Heck I even received spam email trying to sell me these programs. You're almost bombarded by them as soon as you search for work at home programs on the Internet.
Advertising isn't cheap and they're dumping money into it by the truck full. But why? Because they are selling dreams. The promise of making you filthy rich for only a few hours worth of work. As you can expect this is big business because money is something everyone of us needs more of.
So What's The Scoop, Are Rebate Processing Jobs Legit?
I'm just going to come out here and say it. No they're not. The honest truth is that there are no real home rebate processing jobs. All of these programs are just disguised as rebate processing jobs.
Here's How It Works...
In their guide they tell you to sign up as an affiliate for popular products being sold on the Internet, and offer a "rebate" to get people to buy through you. For example, lets say a pair of shoes is selling for $50 with and the affiliate program pays you 50% of every sale you generate. They tell you to offer a rebate of $10 to the customer if they buy using your affiliate code. You make $25 on the sale, and pay the customer $10. That leaves a $15 profit for you. It sounds very easy, but it's not.
In order to attract a large number of customers you will have to advertise on major search engines like Google, Yahoo, and MSN. This can cost you hundreds or even thousands of dollars every month! So basically they want you to shell out more of your own money to sell other peoples products! Now there is nothing wrong with that business, but you were expecting to process rebates... what a rip!
The reality is you there are no rebate processing jobs that you can do from home. The majority of people looking for this type of work will get scammed. This is because 100% of all the home rebate processing jobs are frauds! These fraudulent web companies can be set up in just a few hours. Every website is set up to do the same thing, steal your money!
They will get you to sign up to their members area where they provide you with some poorly written instructions, and a few phone numbers or web sites for help. Most of the time the website's they tell you to visit ask for more money, or worse they don't work. This is a huge racket, and it's buyer beware.
The typical price for most of these web sites is between $50-$200 for access to their rebate processing job training material. But in reality, these sites only offer
- Links to websites that want more money
- No help, no phone number, no address
- Identity theft. They will sell your personal information
- No real income potential - you can't make money doing this!
- Fake "money back guarantee" (a common scam site tactic)
Are There Any Legitimate Work At Home Programs?
Absolutely there are! The U.S. Government estimates that nearly a million Americans use the Internet to earn a living. Over the last three months I have investigated over 25 different rebate processing programs, and not a single one was legit.
I have spent countless days locating real, legitimate work at home programs. I've sent email to the web site owners, and used their members area. I've done an extensive background check each company. My results were shocking! Out of all the work at home opportunities I reviewed I only found 5 honest, legitimate programs! These companies charge a one time fee of $47-97 and provide dedicated representatives, and their phone number to help you every day. My favorite choice is Newbie Campus, all you pay is $49 one time for access to his members area. This is only going to be $49 for a limited time though.
All 4 of my favorite choices below have a 100% money back guarantee for 8 full weeks. All these companies have a good reputation and live up to that guarantee. You can try out their members areas for 8 weeks and if you don't like the results they will refund your money.
Look at my favorite picks below, and decide for yourself. The Internet is a $2 Billion a year industry, get out there and get a piece of that pie. As always I will keep you updated on my findings.
Regards,
Frank Matthews
